Servings Many Ingredients 1 can Black beans1 Tblsp Dr Greger's Spice mix See notes2 Tblsp Sunflower seeds2 Tblsp olive oil1/2 cup Arrowroot See notes1/2 tsp Salt Servings Many Ingredients 1 can Black beans1 Tblsp Dr Greger's Spice mix See notes2 Tblsp Sunflower seeds2 Tblsp olive oil1/2 cup Arrowroot See notes1/2 tsp Salt Instructions Pre-heat oven to 175°C / 350°F Place all ingredients into a food processor. Blend until mixture forms into a ball - you will need to scrape down the sides. Place baking paper onto an oven tray. Place mixture on top. Place a 2nd piece of baking paper on top. Roll out the mixture to the edges until thin. Score with a knife into the desired sized squares. Bake for 25 minutes until colour has deepened and crackers are firm to touch.
