Vegan Tiramisu

OMG – this recipe is not only easy, but so delicious! Be careful, you may eat more than you should!

Vegan Tiramisu
Easy recipe to impress your friends. Darn close to the real thing.

Ingredients
Mascarpone
  • 1 1/4 Cups Cashews pre-soaked
  • 3 Tblsp Almond milk
  • 1/2 Cup Maple syrup
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut oil melted and cooled
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Coconut cream whipped
Coffee marinade
  • 3/4 Cup Black coffee very strong
  • 1 - 2 Tblsp Liquor can use Sherry
  • 1 Tblsp Coconut sugar
Other
  • 2-3 Packets Chocolate chip cookies
  • Grated Dark chocolate

  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 Cup Coconut cream whipped
Coffee marinade
  • 3/4 Cup Black coffee very strong
  • 1 - 2 Tblsp Liquor can use Sherry
  • 1 Tblsp Coconut sugar
Other
  • 2-3 Packets Chocolate chip cookies
  • Grated Dark chocolate
Instructions
  1. For the Mascarpone: 1. Put all ingredients EXCEPT the coconut cream into a high powered blender. 2. Blend until smooth. 3. Fold in the coconut cream.
  2. For the Coffee: 1. Add all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. Put Together: 1. Smear a small layer of mascarpone into an 8x8 dish. 2. Dip the cookies into the coffee mix and lay out in a single layer. 3. Cover with mascarpone. 4. Add another layer of cookies. 5. Cover with the rest of the mascarpone. 6. Refrigerate preferably overnight. 7. Sprinkle with grated chocolate before serving.
