Chocolate chip cookies that you can have more than one (or two).

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Dates - packed. See notes
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 2 Tblsp Almond or peanut butter
- 3/4 Cup Almond meal
- 3/4 Cup Rolled oats
- 1/2 Cup Vegan chocolate chips

Instructions
- Soak the dates in boiling water for around 10 mins.
- In a food processor, pulse the dates.
- Add the nut butter and banana and blend.
- Add the almond meal and the rolled oats and mix through on a low setting.
- Transfer to a bowl.
- Add the vegan chocolate chips and mix through.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
- Put small dessertspoons onto a lined baking tray and flatten.
- Back for 15 mins at 180°C or 350°F – WATCH THEM.
Recipe Notes
- These are rather sweet, so you can just have 1 cup of dates but don’t pack them.
- You do need to flatten them as they don’t spread when baking.
