Creamy Pesto Sauce
A gorgeous sauce to coat any pasta dish or drizzle over vegetables!
- 1 cup Savoury Cashew Cream.
- 3 Tblsp Vegan Pesto
- 1 onion chopped.
- 1 large clove garlic crushed.
- Chopped spinach (optional).
- Sauté the onion and garlic.
- Mix together the Savoury Cashew Cream and Vegan Pesto.
- Put the cream mix in with the onions.
- Add the spinach.
- Cook on a low heat for about 5 minutes until heated through.
- Toss through pasta or serve as a cream sauce over vegetables.
