Creamy Pesto Sauce

A gorgeous sauce to coat any pasta dish or drizzle over vegetables!

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Sauté the onion and garlic.
  2. Mix together the Savoury Cashew Cream and Vegan Pesto.
  3. Put the cream mix in with the onions.
  4. Add the spinach.
  5. Cook on a low heat for about 5 minutes until heated through.
  6. Toss through pasta or serve as a cream sauce over vegetables.
