Ingredients
  • 2Large Bananas
  • 1/2Cup Rolled oats
  • 1/2tsp Mixed spice
  • 1/2tsp Cinnamon
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1/4-1/2Cup Chopped seeds
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 180° C or 350° F
  2. Add all ingredients EXCEPT seeds to a food processor.
  3. Mix until well blended.
  4. Stir in chopped seeds.
  5. Spoon dessert spoonful lots onto a lined oven tray.
  6. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes keeping a watch on the cookies after about 15 minutes (they burn quickly).
  7. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from tray.
  8. Store in a sealed container.
