Chopped seeds
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 180° C or 350° F
Add all ingredients EXCEPT seeds to a food processor.
Mix until well blended.
Stir in chopped seeds.
Spoon dessert spoonful lots onto a lined oven tray.
Bake for 20 – 25 minutes keeping a watch on the cookies after about 15 minutes (they burn quickly).
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from tray.
Store in a sealed container.
