Banana Bread

Spelt flour

Cup
Cane sugar

Baking powder

Baking soda

Cinnamon
Pinch
Salt
Wet Ingredients
1/3
Cup
Apple sauce
1
tsp
Vanilla extract

Smallish
Ripe bananas
1/4
Cup
Plant milk only if needed
Instructions
Mash the bananas and add to the wet ingredients and mix.
Add the dry ingredients and mix taking care not to overmix.
Only add the plant milk if the batter is too dry.
Put into a prepared loaf tin.
Bake for 50 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Enjoy.
Recipe Notes
You can freeze when cold.
Serve with coconut yoghurt.
Have as a dessert with
(N)ice cream.
