Ingredients
  • 1 1/2Cups Black beans, rinsed very well
  • 2Tblsp Cocoa powder
  • 1/2Cup Quick oats
  • 1/3Cup Pure maple syrup
  • 1/4Cup Vegetable oil
  • 2tsp Pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4tsp Salt
  • 1/2Cup Vegan chocolate chips, extra if you want!
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180C (350F)
  2. Combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a food processor, blend until completely smooth.
  3. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  4. Pour into a lined 20x20cm (8x8inch) pan.
  5. Bake 15-18 minutes then let cool for 10 minutes
Recipe Notes
  1. You can sprinkle more chocolate chips on the top before baking.
  2. If brownies appear undercooked, you can place them in the fridge overnight to firm up.
  3. Make sure to let them cool before cutting.
