Healthy Seeded Cookies
These incredibly easy cookies are oil and flour free. Wonderful as a snack with your afternoon coffee. Warning… they are rather moorish!!! and you may not be able to stop at one.

Ingredients
- 2 Large Bananas
- 1/2 Cup Rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp Mixed spice
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- Pinch Salt
- 1/4-1/2 Cup Chopped seeds

Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 180° C or 350° F
- Add all ingredients EXCEPT seeds to a food processor.
- Mix until well blended.
- Stir in chopped seeds.
- Spoon dessert spoonful lots onto a lined oven tray.
- Bake for 20 - 25 minutes keeping a watch on the cookies after about 15 minutes (they burn quickly).
- Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from tray.
- Store in a sealed container.
