Black Bean Crackers
Wonderfully tasty and crisp, these crackers are brilliant with hummus or any dip you may enjoy.

Ingredients
- 1 can Black beans
- 1 Tblsp Dr Greger's Spice mix See notes
- 2 Tblsp Sunflower seeds
- 2 Tblsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup Arrowroot See notes
- 1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 175°C / 350°F
- Place all ingredients into a food processor.
- Blend until mixture forms into a ball - you will need to scrape down the sides.
- Place baking paper onto an oven tray.
- Place mixture on top.
- Place a 2nd piece of baking paper on top.
- Roll out the mixture to the edges until thin.
- Score with a knife into the desired sized squares.
- Bake for 25 minutes until colour has deepened and crackers are firm to touch.
- Allow to cool before snapping into shapes.
Recipe Notes
- Dr Greger's spice mix recipe Here. You can use whatever spices you like to add up to 1 tablespoon.
- Arrowroot - you can replace with Tapioca flour. 1/2 cup = 6 Tablespoons.
