Banana Bread
Nothing beats a beautiful slice of Banana bread and this recipe is so easy. To make it into something a little different, try adding chocolate chips to the mix!!!

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup Spelt flour
- 1/3 Cup Cane sugar
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- Pinch Salt
Wet Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup Apple sauce
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 3-4 Smallish Ripe bananas
- 1/4 Cup Plant milk only if needed

Instructions
- Mash the bananas and add to the wet ingredients and mix.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix taking care not to overmix.
- Only add the plant milk if the batter is too dry.
- Put into a prepared loaf tin.
- Bake for 50 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
- Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Enjoy.
Recipe Notes
- You can freeze when cold.
- Serve with coconut yoghurt.
- Have as a dessert with (N)ice cream.
